Manages and mentors a team of 3–5 analysts, maintains relationships with stakeholders and executives, and translates technical insights into clear recommendations. Applies Generative AI to improve analytical productivity and deliverable quality while providing hands-on technical leadership and presentations to non-technical audiences.

Build and deliver production-grade generative AI and LLM applications using Python, machine learning, cloud platforms, APIs, SQL, and data pipelines. Contribute to AI evaluation, observability, testing, code reviews, and technical standards. Collaborate with clients and domain experts to define solutions, explain technical concepts, and communicate risks and trade-offs. The role supports end-to-end AI/ML delivery while developing technical and consultative expertise.
