Responsibilities include onboarding guidance, explaining funding and pricing rules, resolving complex enquiries, handling invoice and payment questions, identifying risks, maintaining accurate records, and improving customer experience. The role requires empathy, clear communication, sound judgment, ownership, and problem-solving skills. NDIS or disability-sector experience is highly regarded.
