The role delivers benefits services, supports compliance and program design, manages vendors and supplier relationships, monitors market trends, collaborates with shared services, and drives continuous improvement. Strong stakeholder management, HR administration experience, benefits knowledge, attention to detail, Microsoft Office expertise, and an HR or Business degree are required.

Lead consumer data strategy and CRM execution, integrate data across consumer touchpoints, partner with marketing and tech teams to drive data-driven experiences, ensure privacy/governance compliance, manage database growth, and measure acquisition and engagement performance.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial projects on time, in full, and to scope. Manage scope, timelines, risks, issues, stakeholders and reporting; support business cases for capacity and capability, coordinate feasibility and sourcing solutions, and drive consistent execution using project methodology and governance.

Serve as senior HR business partner for Customer Service, Logistics and Central Supply Chain; lead workforce planning, capability building, engagement, ER/IR case management, performance cycles, succession planning, and site leadership HR activities.
