We have an exciting 12-month Fixed Term Contract (parental leave cover) opportunity for a Commercialization Manager (Copack) to join our Central BD, EM & Copack team.
Reporting to the Copack Lead ANZ, you will act as a Business Development account manager for various sites in our ANZ Copack network to ensure continuous supply delivery. With strong stakeholder management skills, you will also lead various change projects as well as provide on-site support for trials and commissioning.
This role requires flexibility, with frequent travel to external Copackers and the option to work at Truganina Copack site.
How you will contributre:

  • Maintain a positive business relationship with all Copack sites to ensure compliance with Mondelez Quality standards
  • Manage the execution of change, growth and productivity projects to cost/time/scope
  • Ensure Copack site manufacturing implications of projects are fully understood (cost, complexity, capacity and capability) and communicated to all project stakeholders
  • Development of costings (COGS) for NPDs to support commercial decisions
  • Lead monthly scorecard meetings and provide KPI reporting
  • Coordinate samples, trials, commissioning and other adhoc initiatives
  • Support daily Copack site escalations by collaborating with a variety of CS&L and MSC teams

  • Influential communication skills with ability to drive project clarity at tactical execution level through to Leadership
  • Experience in project planning with proactiveness in identifying risks, mitigations, and timeline adherence
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills
  • An FMCG and/or Supply Chain background is highly advantageous to hit the ground running
