Manage Customer Success operations systems, reporting, data quality, workflows, renewal tracking, and onboarding coordination. Maintain platforms such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Zendesk, and Intercom; produce dashboards and QBR data; identify process improvements; support tooling requests; and collaborate with CSM, Renewals, and Onboarding teams. The role also uses AI-assisted tools to improve data cleanup, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.

Customer-facing technical pre-sales role: scope and architect security solutions, lead proofs-of-concept, enable partners, use AI-assisted tools for sales support, and relay field feedback to Product and Engineering.

Own strategic relationships with complex enterprise customers across Japan, driving retention, expansion, deployment success, adoption, and time-to-value. Lead executive QBRs, provide technical security guidance, identify expansion opportunities, manage renewal strategies, author implementation playbooks and SOWs, facilitate workshops, and represent customer feedback to product and engineering teams. Mentor junior CSMs and collaborate with sales, technical teams, and regional partners. Requires native-level Japanese, professional English, enterprise security expertise, and up to 30% travel.

The Sales Engineer will support channel partners, provide technical guidance, manage POC engagements, and articulate the value of Menlo Security products to various stakeholders while working closely with internal teams and partners.

Manage and mentor a Bangalore-based engineering team building scalable, resilient microservices, data stores, and cloud infrastructure. Provide technical leadership in architecture, development, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and debugging of high-traffic distributed systems. Drive hiring, performance reviews, and team practices while collaborating with stakeholders and promoting DevOps and security best practices.

Pre-sales technical role supporting regional sales: scope and architect Menlo Security solutions, lead proofs-of-concept, deploy and configure services, train users, enable partners, use AI-assisted tools for research and documentation, and provide feedback to Product and Engineering.

Design, build, and operate scalable, highly available Threat Protection and ShadowAI services. Own features end-to-end, implement detections and policies for generative AI and web threats, maintain tests and SLOs, use AI-assisted tooling responsibly, and collaborate with product, security, and ops to deliver reliable, secure production services.

Design, build, deploy, and operate backend features and services in a cloud environment. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance, collaborate cross-functionally, use AI-assisted development tools, and reduce production incidents while meeting sprint and roadmap commitments.
