Design, build, and operate scalable, highly available Threat Protection and ShadowAI services. Own features end-to-end, implement detections and policies for generative AI and web threats, maintain tests and SLOs, use AI-assisted tooling responsibly, and collaborate with product, security, and ops to deliver reliable, secure production services.

Administrate Docebo and Zendesk, manage course enrollments and training tenants, maintain CloudShare/AWS lab environments, audit knowledge base content, support training/support workflows, and ensure environments are decommissioned to control cloud spend.

Design, build, deploy, and operate backend features and services in a cloud environment. Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance, collaborate cross-functionally, use AI-assisted development tools, and reduce production incidents while meeting sprint and roadmap commitments.

Lead Taiwan sales and channel strategy for Menlo Security. Manage enterprise accounts, resellers, and distributors to drive revenue growth. Develop strategic account plans, deliver C-level presentations, forecast using CRM, provide partner enablement and field support, and expand market presence through creative, channel-led solutions.

Manage post-sale relationships for customers in Japan, drive product adoption, retention, renewals and expansion, act as customer advocate, and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure customer success.

Customer-facing technical pre-sales role: scope and architect security solutions, lead proofs-of-concept, enable partners, use AI-assisted tools for sales support, and relay field feedback to Product and Engineering.

Serve as a strategic, technical customer success lead for enterprise and mid-market accounts. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, upsell, and QBRs. Understand integrations and cybersecurity technologies, resolve or triage complex issues, forecast renewal pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to maximize customer value and growth.

The Sales Engineer will support channel partners, provide technical guidance, manage POC engagements, and articulate the value of Menlo Security products to various stakeholders while working closely with internal teams and partners.

Manage and mentor a Bangalore-based engineering team building scalable, resilient microservices, data stores, and cloud infrastructure. Provide technical leadership in architecture, development, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and debugging of high-traffic distributed systems. Drive hiring, performance reviews, and team practices while collaborating with stakeholders and promoting DevOps and security best practices.
