Serve as a strategic, technical customer success lead for enterprise and mid-market accounts. Drive adoption, retention, renewals, upsell, and QBRs. Understand integrations and cybersecurity technologies, resolve or triage complex issues, forecast renewal pipeline, and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Support, and Product to maximize customer value and growth.

The Sales Engineer will support channel partners, provide technical guidance, manage POC engagements, and articulate the value of Menlo Security products to various stakeholders while working closely with internal teams and partners.

Technical pre-sales engineer based in Taiwan responsible for scoping, architecting and leading proof-of-concepts for Menlo Security solutions, supporting sales and partners, performing deployments, training, incident response and regional travel to expand customer implementations.
