Teams at LIV

Leads the organisation’s technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, IT operations, security, infrastructure, integrations, and member-facing digital experiences. Oversees CRM, CMS, CPD, cloud, data, and core business systems while managing internal teams and external providers. Partners with senior leaders to improve service delivery, organisational resilience, data use, and technology-enabled member experiences.

Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic commercial partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities. Build and manage corporate partner relationships, develop tailored solutions across events, education, content, digital channels, and member offerings, and lead proposals, negotiations, agreements, renewals, and expansion. Maintain business development pipelines, forecast revenue, monitor performance, and identify new commercial opportunities while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver partner value and member-focused outcomes.

Supports advertising sales, sponsorships, partnerships, and commercial revenue growth across digital and print channels. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, preparing proposals, coordinating sponsorship benefits and events, maintaining CRM records, reporting on campaigns, and ensuring partner commitments are delivered. The role requires relationship-building, communication, organisation, commercial awareness, CRM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital event platforms.
