Leads the organisation’s technology strategy, digital transformation, enterprise platforms, IT operations, security, infrastructure, integrations, and member-facing digital experiences. Oversees CRM, CMS, CPD, cloud, data, and core business systems while managing internal teams and external providers. Partners with senior leaders to improve service delivery, organisational resilience, data use, and technology-enabled member experiences.

Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic commercial partnerships, sponsorships, and advertising opportunities. Build and manage corporate partner relationships, develop tailored solutions across events, education, content, digital channels, and member offerings, and lead proposals, negotiations, agreements, renewals, and expansion. Maintain business development pipelines, forecast revenue, monitor performance, and identify new commercial opportunities while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver partner value and member-focused outcomes.

Supports advertising sales, sponsorships, partnerships, and commercial revenue growth across digital and print channels. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, preparing proposals, coordinating sponsorship benefits and events, maintaining CRM records, reporting on campaigns, and ensuring partner commitments are delivered. The role requires relationship-building, communication, organisation, commercial awareness, CRM experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and digital event platforms.

Leads evidence-based wellbeing initiatives for Victoria’s legal profession. Designs and delivers psychoeducational workshops, webinars, seminars, and resources; advises stakeholders on mental health, trauma, psychosocial hazards, and psychological safety; evaluates programs; and supports trauma-informed, psychologically healthy workplaces. Requires general psychologist registration with AHPRA and at least five years’ post-registration experience. Clinical psychology endorsement and trauma training are highly desirable.

Coordinate governance, stakeholder relationships, member engagement, professional development programs, networking opportunities, communications, and flagship events for the Emerging Lawyers Section. Support volunteer committees, universities, PLT providers, employer partners, and legal profession initiatives while contributing to membership growth, retention, and engagement.

Coordinates and delivers seminars, workshops, conferences, panel discussions, networking activities, and assessments. Responsibilities include stakeholder liaison, budget tracking, event materials and running sheets, onsite support, registration website administration, member data maintenance, inquiries, documentation, virtual event technology, and basic recording edits. Requires strong communication, digital event skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities independently and collaboratively.
