Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic change and mandatory initiatives across a wealth management business. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, risk and quality management, stakeholder engagement, Agile ceremonies, governance, dependency coordination, communications, business readiness, and continuous improvement. Projects may involve regulatory and compliance, performance management, financial product implementation, and technology initiatives.

Partners with business leaders to deliver people strategy, organisational capability, talent acquisition, remuneration, employee relations, engagement, workforce planning, WHS, risk management, global mobility, and HR projects. Oversees RPO recruitment operations, Workday data integrity, HR reporting, policies, and AI-driven process improvements. Advises on sensitive workplace matters, leads remuneration reviews and engagement activities, mentors an HR Business Partner, and reports to the Chief People Officer.

Supports onboarding of new wealth management clients and accounts by preparing and validating documentation, coordinating information collection, and assisting with KYC, AML/CTF, beneficial ownership, Source of Wealth, Source of Funds, FATCA, and CRS requirements. The role monitors outstanding items, resolves documentation gaps, supports Advisers and stakeholders, escalates risks, and improves onboarding processes through technology, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
