Support and continuously improve a customer-facing digital client portal and connected services. Responsibilities include Angular development, production support, Kubernetes/OpenShift troubleshooting, API and Avaloq integration support, monitoring, incident response, security remediation, CI/CD, automated testing, document workflow automation, and technical debt reduction. The role collaborates with engineering, cybersecurity, operations, QA, vendors, and business users, including rostered after-hours support.

Coordinate HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment support, employment documentation, HR records, learning initiatives, reporting, workplace health and safety, and employee queries. Maintain accurate Workday data, support HR projects and process improvements, and collaborate with HR Business Partners while handling sensitive information securely and accurately.

Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic change initiatives, particularly CRM implementations, across business and technology workstreams. Responsibilities include planning, budgeting, stakeholder engagement, Agile ceremonies, risk and dependency management, governance, business readiness, communications, and delivery reporting. The role also coordinates cross-functional teams, facilitates estimation and PI planning, manages project quality and scope, and improves delivery frameworks.
