Provide payroll subject-matter expertise for a Workday-integrated payroll replacement, covering solution design, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT/parallel), compliance, validations, issue resolution, cutover, hyper care and stakeholder knowledge transfer to ensure a compliant go-live with minimal employee disruption.

Provide senior operational payroll support across end-to-end payroll delivery for Australia and New Zealand. Act as primary contact with outsourced provider Frontier Software, manage payroll files, sign-off, employee queries, audits, compliance, reporting, and data integrity across Workday, Chris21 and time systems. Drive automation and reporting, support controls and improvement initiatives, and deputise for the Payroll Manager when required.

Manage end-to-end resolution of complex customer complaints referred to AFCA, ensuring regulatory compliance and timely outcomes. Investigate issues, identify root causes, prepare submissions and settlement agreements, escalate systemic risks, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend process and product improvements. Balance customer advocacy, commercial judgement and regulatory obligations while contributing complaint insights for continuous improvement.
