Support finance operations by processing loan settlements, drawdowns, collections and data imports; assist reconciliations and validations; support funding, lending and manual payments; maintain audit trails and compliance; and contribute to process improvements.

Supports the management and continuous improvement of deposits and lending product portfolios. Coordinates product initiatives, remediation, regulatory activities, reporting, requirements gathering, testing, and product enhancements. Investigates customer complaints, performs root cause analysis, supports customers and stakeholders, maintains product documentation and governance, and assists with product marketing, communications, and website updates.

Support, govern, configure, and continuously improve Judo’s Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, and OIC environment in production. The role partners with Finance, Technology, and Operations to enhance financial processes, controls, reporting, integrations, and user experience. Responsibilities include incident management, troubleshooting, testing, change governance, stakeholder support, month-end process improvement, and resolving complex business and system problems.
