Lead cross-functional initiatives from idea to outcome, translating complex analysis into clear insights for stakeholders. Solve ambiguous business problems, support strategic decision-making, and improve banker, customer, and lending outcomes through data-driven actions.

Leads Judo’s capital and liquidity management frameworks, including ICAAP, capital forecasting, stress testing, contingency planning, liquidity risk management, regulatory reporting, and balance sheet optimisation. The role partners with Treasury, Finance, Risk, executives, the Board, and APRA to ensure regulatory compliance, balance sheet resilience, effective governance, and informed capital and liquidity decisions.

Manage and optimize commercial lending products across strategy, roadmap development, execution, governance, risk, pricing, and continuous improvement. Use customer, financial, risk, and market insights to improve portfolio performance and outcomes. Lead complex initiatives end to end while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and balancing customer, commercial, shareholder, and regulatory needs.
