Manage major SME client relationships for a business bank, addressing complex financial needs, originating transactions, conducting financial analysis and credit writing, monitoring economic trends, and implementing relationship-management best practices. The role focuses on commercial banking growth, customer and partner networks, and transactions exceeding $15 million.

Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, promotions, changes, and departures. Maintain accurate HRIS data in ELMO, prepare monthly people reporting, support WGEA reporting and surveys, and contribute to P&C projects and continuous improvement. The role partners closely with People and Culture business partners to deliver efficient, accurate, and engaging employee experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Develop and execute state-based marketing plans supporting regional growth, customer acquisition, retention, and portfolio growth. Build relationships with banking stakeholders, translate local market insights into integrated campaigns, events, sponsorships, partnerships, and market activations, and measure performance to improve commercial impact.
