Lead the full product lifecycle for Iresss advice platform (Xplan): discover, validate, launch and scale strategic features, ensure regulatory compliance, optimize platform-wide performance, and align cross-functional stakeholders to deliver commercially impactful solutions.

The Product Manager at Iress will lead the strategy, definition, and management of technical products, especially APIs and platform services, collaborating with internal teams to enhance product health and scalability.

Lead product development of advice capabilities within Xplan by translating complex financial advice and regulatory requirements into scalable product logic and workflows. Drive discovery, define product requirements, partner with design and engineering, ensure regulatory alignment and remediation, align delivery to OKRs, support go-to-market readiness, and monitor post-launch outcomes with stakeholders and customers.
