Leads Iress’s enterprise operational resilience program globally, including framework and policy development, critical service and dependency mapping, impact tolerances, resilience governance, scenario testing, third-party risk, audit and regulatory assurance, and business continuity capability. The role advises executives and boards, partners with technology and security leaders, and embeds resilience practices across business units.

Provide first-line support to financial services software clients by receiving and documenting incidents, triaging issues, troubleshooting application problems, coordinating with internal teams, escalating when needed, and tracking cases through resolution. The role requires strong communication, customer service, analytical problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and an interest in financial planning or markets.

Partners with APAC Wealth leadership on commercial strategy, budgets, forecasts, five-year projections, and P&L ownership. Translates financial data into actionable insights, identifies profit opportunities, challenges existing practices, and drives reporting automation. Builds business cases, advises on contract renewals, supports market and investor-relations materials, and evaluates revenue pipelines while serving as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders.

Develops and maintains robust software across the full engineering lifecycle, from requirements and architecture through deployment and production support. The role focuses on Python and C++ backend development, React frontend work, automated testing, security, reliability, CI/CD, and scalable application design. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, automation, cross-team collaboration, risk management, mentoring junior engineers, and contributing to feature and non-functional design for the Xplan wealth-management platform.
