Build and prepare investor hubs, branded email templates, and demo hubs for client onboarding, launches, sales, and change requests. Implement client feedback, complete layout updates and rebrands, manage design expectations with clients and internal stakeholders, and maintain a high-quality delivery pipeline. The role requires independent design judgment, organization, rapid platform learning, and effective collaboration with customer success and sales teams.

Own a portfolio of ASX-listed clients end-to-end: onboard, activate, embed, and renew. Advise executives using register and engagement data, design high-impact interventions, lead commercial renewals/expansions, coach teammates, and improve Customer Success processes using AI-enabled tools.
