The territory covers Melbourne and surrounding areas, requiring regular hospital attendance and 30% travel.

Coordinate medical device demonstration equipment bookings, inventory movements, packing, shipping, and warehouse organization across Australia and New Zealand. Support customer trials, training events, cadaver labs, and educational programs while partnering with Sales and Marketing. Manage competing priorities, maintain accurate stock records, and deliver high standards of equipment quality, presentation, and customer service in a hands-on onsite role.

Provides clinical and technical support for upper-extremity medical devices during surgeries, trains hospital staff, and manages ongoing clinical-support planning and administration. The role requires building trust with surgeons and clinicians in high-pressure operating-room environments. Candidates need a relevant bachelor's degree, 1–2+ years of healthcare or patient-facing experience, and an unrestricted Australian driver's license. Operating-theatre, medical-device, anatomy, and clinician-training experience are advantageous. Travel is approximately 40%.
