The Opportunity

We're looking for a Territory Manager to join our growing Sage team in Victoria.

This is a newly created role driven by the continued growth of our business and an exciting opportunity to make your mark. Working across hospitals and healthcare facilities across Melbourne Metro East/South & Regional East/North-East Victoria as well as South Australia, you'll help customers improve patient outcomes through our Infection Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention solutions.

We're looking for someone with a hunter mindset who enjoys creating opportunities, winning new business, and building strong customer relationships. You'll work with a wide range of healthcare stakeholders, from frontline clinicians through to key decision-makers, becoming a trusted partner and driving growth across your territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with a broad range of healthcare stakeholders, including wound care clinicians, infection prevention, nurse educators, nursing leaders, allied health professionals, procurement teams, and other key decision-makers across the healthcare setting.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, challenges, and priorities to identify opportunities that support both improved patient outcomes and business growth.
  • Become a trusted partner to customers by providing product knowledge, clinical support, education, and ongoing guidance.
  • Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities while strengthening existing customer relationships and expanding product adoption across the territory.
  • Work closely with customers to support product evaluations, implementations, and successful contract outcomes.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, Clinical Consultants and Customer Service, to deliver a positive and seamless customer experience.
  • Maintain regular engagement with customers through site visits, educational sessions, presentations, meetings, and industry events.
  • Build strong networks across healthcare organisations and develop meaningful relationships with both clinical and commercial stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and support business growth.
Who You Are

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven success in sales with a track record of exceeding targets (3+ years)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to engage diverse audiences
  • Strategic mindset with business acumen and market analysis skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within VIC/SA and surrounding regions

Preferred Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Health, Business, Nursing, or related field
  • Knowledge of hospitals and selling in the healthcare setting
