Design, develop, and deliver clinical education programs for surgeons and clinical teams in orthopaedics. Collaborate with clinical experts to create evidence-based content, run in-person and virtual courses, evaluate program performance using metrics and customer feedback, build networks of clinical advisors, analyze competitive and clinical insights, gather Voice of Customer input, and allocate resources and partnerships to scale medical education initiatives. Role requires domestic travel to support course delivery and site visits.
