Supports new product introductions, manufacturing trials, process scale-up, process data analysis, technical reporting, process documentation, safety reviews, risk assessments, and continuous improvement. Collaborates with Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, and RC&D teams, while supporting capital projects, equipment commissioning, and plant start-up activities.

Lead and develop the site Engineering team, manage CAPEX/OPEX project portfolios from planning through commissioning, drive continuous improvement and asset optimization, ensure compliance with engineering standards and process safety, lead risk assessments and Management of Change activities, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver sustainable business results.

Coordinate end-to-end logistics for temperature-sensitive and frozen food products, managing 3PLs, import customs clearance, SAP transactions, KPIs, warehouse and transport compliance, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement. Lead cost and process improvement projects and investigate temperature excursions to implement corrective actions.
