- Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team.
- Manage CAPEX and OPEX project portfolios from planning through commissioning.
- Provide technical leadership and support engineering decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and asset optimization initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Lead risk assessments, Management of Change (MOC), and process safety activities.
- Develop site engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Finance, and external partners to deliver sustainable business results.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong project management and capital investment experience.
- Solid understanding of engineering standards, process safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in food ingredients, chemicals, flavors & fragrances, or process manufacturing.
- PMP or Professional Engineering certification.
- Experience leading automation, digitalization, or sustainability projects.
