Lead a team of data engineers to design, build, and maintain Databricks-based data platforms and pipelines on GCP. Ensure scalable, secure, governed data architectures supporting product, operational, regulatory, and analytics needs. Mentor engineers, contribute hands-on, integrate streaming and batch solutions, embed secure-by-design and data governance practices, and collaborate with Product, Cloud, DevOps, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver prioritized data products.

Support the Data Products team to define and deliver data-driven products and an intelligence layer. Collaborate with engineering, data and commercial teams to shape roadmap, drive discovery, delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of scalable data solutions that create customer and business value.

Lead integration of client portfolio data into the Portfolio Accounting System (PAS), ensuring data governance, transformation logic, validations, reconciliations and issue triage. Collaborate with Product, Operations, SMEs, QA and customers to define requirements, perform UAT, troubleshoot data mapping issues, and maintain compliance and secure data handling.

Support manual and automated testing for fintech platforms. Execute and maintain test cases and automation frameworks, validate data and APIs, analyse defects, participate in end-to-end testing and Agile ceremonies, and use AI tools to improve testing efficiency while ensuring compliance and quality.
