Shape roadmaps with Product, define clear requirements and outcomes, ensure high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile planning, and lead and develop a team of Business Analysts to embed consistent BA practices and enable efficient, value-driven delivery.

Lead requirements gathering and solution design for portfolio administration, investment reporting and adviser solutions. Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria, support Agile delivery and UAT, validate data and calculations, mentor junior BAs, and drive continuous improvement including AI-enabled practices.
