Lead product enablement across myhub, Engage and myprosperity by creating documentation frameworks, reusable templates, reporting rhythms and tooling practices. Improve Productboard hygiene, coach cross-functional teams, optimise enablement tools (Figma, Dovetail, Confluence, Productboard), and ensure discovery context, decision rationale and customer-focused collateral are captured and shared to drive consistent product delivery.

Design, build and maintain scalable web applications and microservices; develop and optimise public/private APIs; create responsive front-ends with strong UX; ensure performance, security, testing and CI/CD; participate in code reviews and agile cross-functional collaboration; support maintenance and documentation; contribute to technical innovation including AI-enabled solutions.
