Owns high-impact ANZ strategic projects spanning commercial growth, customer expansion, partnerships, sales, and delivery. The role translates regional priorities into workstreams, milestones, dashboards, operating cadences, and repeatable playbooks. It resolves cross-functional blockers, improves sales-to-delivery execution, supports priority accounts and partners, and uses data, automation, and AI to improve regional performance. Success is measured through revenue retention, opportunity progression, partner contribution, delivery efficiency, and stronger operating leverage for regional leadership.

Analyze utility customer data, build dashboards and visualizations, deliver bespoke analyses, validate outputs, and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Support customer delivery by partnering with power engineers and data engineers, troubleshoot data issues, and help translate recurring analyses into product features. Contribute to documentation, playbooks, tooling, and automation that improve analytics delivery.

Own the end-to-end finance and accounting function across entities and jurisdictions. Responsibilities include financial close, consolidations, reporting, cash management, compliance, tax, audits, external partners, finance systems, controls, automation, budgeting, forecasting, fundraising support, and team leadership. The role will build scalable finance infrastructure, improve operational processes, provide decision support to executives and investors, and ensure accurate, timely, and reliable financial information.

Lead global implementation to convert utility grid data into Gridsight models, build a Centre of Excellence, scale regional delivery, automate data intake and processes, partner with Product/Engineering, and coach regional teams to reduce time-to-value and maintain ongoing model accuracy.

Build and ship full-stack features for Flex, a DER orchestration product for electricity utilities. Responsibilities include backend services, data models, web UI, operational tooling, monitoring, reporting, and production observability. Own features end-to-end, integrate power flow and optimization outputs, collaborate across engineering teams, use AI-assisted development tools, and contribute to testing, code quality, CI/CD, and knowledge sharing.

The Strategic Account Manager will manage commercial relationships with ANZ utility subscriptions, focusing on account expansion, renewals, and building executive relationships within accounts to ensure long-term growth and strategic direction.

Own end-to-end IT operations including devices, SaaS, MDM, identity and access, and IT ticketing. Manage employee lifecycle and access, lead SOC 2 compliance and ISO 27001 certification efforts, coordinate audits, close control gaps, and build scalable IT/security processes and documentation.

The Senior Product Manager will lead product development for real-time grid constraint management products, managing customer engagements and product roadmaps across multiple utilities.
