Manage and optimize e-commerce platforms (Magento), lead digital projects and cross-functional stakeholders, analyze site/customer data to improve UX and performance, oversee content, SEO, marketing automation, paid campaigns and marketplace relationships, and merchandise product taxonomy and categories to maximize online sales.

Design, manage and improve the enterprise end-user computing environment across support offices and retail. Manage packaging/deployment tools, patching, lifecycle planning, automation with PowerShell, hardware/BIOS validation, reporting dashboards, and lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis. Participate in a 24/7 on-call roster.

Manage end-to-end supply planning for assigned suppliers and products, balancing inventory investment, supplier performance and customer service. Create and execute supply plans, monitor inventory and risks, analyse supplier metrics, support S&OP, and drive continuous improvement and planning process enhancements while collaborating with internal teams and external suppliers.
