Provides end-to-end HR and recruitment support across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll data, reporting, compliance, HR projects, policy reviews, engagement, and organisational change. Advises managers and employees on workplace matters while maintaining accurate records and supporting fair resolution of grievances, disciplinary issues, and underperformance.

Manage automotive product ranges and lifecycles across Australia and New Zealand. Drive category growth, sourcing, supplier relationships, own-brand performance, range optimization, forecasting, product quality, data accuracy, and market analysis. Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to deliver competitive products, profitable outcomes, technical support, and customer value.

Develop and maintain demand forecasts for high-volume, high-SKU retail operations. Analyze sales trends, seasonality, promotions, inventory impacts, and forecast accuracy. Lead monthly S&OP activities, conduct scenario planning, identify risks and opportunities, and collaborate with Merchandise, Supply Chain, suppliers, and other stakeholders to improve planning outcomes and data integrity.

Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of Motion’s APAC digital product portfolio, including B2B eCommerce platforms, eProcurement integrations, and supporting platform capabilities. Lead product discovery, prioritisation, lifecycle governance, executive business cases, and a multidisciplinary team across product, analysis, data, and design. Drive customer-focused, data-led product delivery while partnering with delivery, sales, marketing, CX, and eCommerce operations.
