We are looking for a multi-talented unicorn who is really into socials and content… and bonus points if you’re passionate about riding and into all things motorcycling!

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, AMX Superstores, the Marketing Co-ordinator (Social Media & Content) role provides social media, content & general marketing support for AMX across Australia. The Marketing Coordinator will be a self-motivated and details-oriented creative with a flair for Social Media and creating engaging content.

You will manage organic social media channels, plan content calendars, look after the everyday community management (moderating and responding to comments), content development, scheduling/posting, reporting and competitor analysis.

Duties include: 

  • Social media management & marketing
  • Gatekeeper and curator of our social media community across all platforms
  • Develop, manage, and execute content plans and business initiatives within the social media content pillars
  • Content creation – shooting, editing, executing.
  • Manage the scheduling and visual content for various social media platforms including, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube.
  • Implement regular performance reviews across content, audience, social tools, and competitors and strategically update plans based on key learnings
  • Weekly/ Monthly reporting on our social media platforms
  • Deliver ad-hoc reports as necessary for special projects, campaigns as needed across social channels
  • Project management
  • Provide general marketing support to Marketing Manager
  • Manage content from within our network and also from events
  • Get involved with other Internal projects

Role Requirements:

  • 1-3 years generalist or specialist Marketing 
  • Experience in social media platform management
  • Experience in social media content development
  • A flair for creating engaging content
  • Experience in & knowledge of Brand compliance
  • Competent in Multimedia production
  • Experience with Collaboration platforms
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (all)
  • Budget management (desirable)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Experience in communicating with customers online
