The engineer will also contribute to product innovation and technology used by customers globally.

Leads eShepherd’s global sales strategy and commercial growth, driving revenue, customer adoption, market expansion, channel development, forecasting, and sales capability. Builds and scales high-performing sales and customer success teams, develops routes to market, strengthens partnerships, and maintains close relationships with farmers and industry stakeholders. Collaborates across Marketing, Product, Strategic Partnerships, and Gallagher’s broader animal management business to scale virtual fencing technology internationally.

Generate and convert sales opportunities for eShepherd virtual fencing technology across Australia. Build pipelines, conduct outreach, deliver product demonstrations, manage proposals and negotiations, support onboarding, and develop trusted relationships with livestock producers and industry stakeholders. Use CRM and sales reporting tools to track activity, forecasting, conversion rates, and regional revenue. This predominantly work-from-home role includes occasional travel for customer visits, demonstrations, field days, and industry events.

Drive eShepherd sales growth across Australia by identifying and converting new business opportunities. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, consultative selling, proposals, tenders, negotiations, distribution agreements, forecasting, competitor analysis, and relationship development with farmers, producers, partners, and industry stakeholders. The role also supports customer onboarding, retention, upselling, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.

Lead profitable growth for Gallagher’s security business across Victoria and Tasmania. Responsibilities include executing regional sales strategies, coaching sales and technical teams, developing channel partner and enterprise customer relationships, identifying market opportunities, managing strategic accounts, forecasting performance, and representing solutions through industry engagement and partner enablement.
