The role collaborates with software, mechanical, manufacturing, quality, product, and supplier teams to deliver reliable GPS-enabled, solar-powered livestock management technology. Responsibilities include EMC and electrical safety compliance, root-cause analysis, design verification, continuous improvement, and technical problem-solving.

Drive eShepherd sales growth across Australia by identifying and converting new business opportunities. Responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, consultative selling, proposals, tenders, negotiations, distribution agreements, forecasting, competitor analysis, and relationship development with farmers, producers, partners, and industry stakeholders. The role also supports customer onboarding, retention, upselling, and collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams.
