Designs and executes manual and automated tests across web, API, backend, frontend, and device features. Leads people strategy for eShepherd across global teams, including workforce planning, organizational design, talent scaling, change management, employment relations, critical hiring, and scalable people processes. Partners with senior leaders to inform business decisions through people and market insights, while navigating ambiguity, multiple cultures, regions, and time zones. The role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on recruitment and practical execution in a fast-growing technology environment.
