Teams at Fluence

Leads Fluence’s global Network and Systems Design organization, setting technical strategy, reference architectures, standards, governance, and quality processes for secure IT/OT, network, SCADA, controls, and cloud solutions. Oversees technical delivery from requirements and design through testing, commissioning, and service transition across global energy-storage projects. Manages senior engineering talent, resolves complex escalations, partners with cross-functional stakeholders, and drives lifecycle improvements, reliability, cybersecurity, and scalable architecture.

Supports global internal communications and employee engagement initiatives by creating leadership messaging, company announcements, intranet content, campaigns, and event communications. Partners with senior leaders and stakeholders, manages multiple communication projects, and identifies ways to improve employee engagement and communication effectiveness. The role requires strong writing, editing, organization, discretion, interpersonal skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and communication tools.
