Job Description:

Join Fluence's global Internal Communications team and help deliver engaging communications that connect employees to our strategy, culture, and mission. Working closely with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business, you'll support executive communications, employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and key communication channels. This is an exciting opportunity to gain exposure across multiple areas of the internal communications function within a fast-growing renewable energy company. As part of a small, highly collaborative team, you'll have the opportunity to take ownership, learn quickly, and make a visible impact in a dynamic environment where new initiatives and priorities are constantly evolving.


Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of global internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Create and distribute content across internal communication channels, including leadership communications and company-wide announcements.
  • Partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to develop clear, engaging, and impactful messaging.
  • Support internal events, campaigns, and intranet content.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
  • Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness and employee engagement.

Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in internal communications, marketing, communications, or change management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong writing and editing capabilities.
  • Experience working with senior leaders and stakeholders, demonstrating sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion when supporting leadership communications.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
