The role creates technician-ready work instructions, task sequences, tooling requirements and standard work; analyses maintenance and asset performance data; tracks KPIs; improves schedules and productivity; and supports continuous improvement across operations, planning, engineering and reliability teams. It requires maintenance planning expertise, CMMS/EAM experience, advanced Excel and reporting skills, and knowledge of rail maintenance, reliability and asset management.
