Provides administrative and operational support for the Specialised Pavements business, including claims and invoice processing, month-end deliverables, reporting, cost analysis, travel coordination, document management, meeting logistics, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.

Designs and delivers electrical and earthing solutions for wireless telecommunications infrastructure across Australia. Responsibilities include site inspections, feasibility assessments, safety-in-design support, technical reporting, certifications, standards compliance, and collaboration with project, construction, and client teams. Requires an Electrical Engineering degree, telecommunications infrastructure exposure, knowledge of AC/DC power and earthing systems, and experience with electrical design software such as PowerCAD or CableCalc Pro.

Analyzes and interprets enterprise agreements, modern awards, employment legislation, and payroll-related conditions. Advises Payroll, People Services, Industrial Relations, and business stakeholders on compliant implementation, system impacts, risks, wage reviews, entitlements, investigations, and remediation. Prepares briefing papers, guidance, recommendations, and governance documentation while identifying payroll control gaps and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
