Lead end-to-end implementation of integration solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform. Work with solution architects, design, develop, test and deploy APIs and event-driven integrations (Solace/Kafka/Anypoint MQ). Apply API-led connectivity, RAML/Swagger, SOA/ESB and microservices patterns. Drive technical and commercial discussions, follow DevOps/CI-CD practices, mentor team members and maintain MuleSoft certification.

Lead presales and delivery of complex infrastructure, networking and security solutions. Define architecture standards, produce HLD/SOR/SOW documentation, support RFP/RFQ responses, cost and price managed services, mentor solution architects, and drive cloud/hybrid Azure and Microsoft 365 designs aligned to Datacom frameworks.

Owns end-to-end strategic, commercial, and delivery accountability for a complex enterprise programme. Responsibilities include setting roadmaps, governing delivery, managing budgets, risks, resources, dependencies, vendors, and senior stakeholders, driving organizational change and benefits realization, mentoring Programme Managers, and supporting bids and future strategy. The role requires executive-level communication, strong commercial governance, and leadership across Agile and Waterfall environments.
