Senior Microsoft 365 Specialist acts as the technical escalation point for the Microsoft 365 Centre of Excellence, delivering modern workplace services and driving adoption. Responsibilities include enabling productivity across data, files, communications, collaboration, security, and identity; supporting Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure AD identity and authentication; and integrating conferencing and email security solutions.

Serve as the bridge between finance and engineering to translate complex accounting processes into developer-ready product specifications, map user journeys, research requirements, partner with product and QA teams, and drive improvements across ERP financial workflows to ensure compliant, usable financial software.

Design, implement and maintain enterprise IAM processes and tooling. Build RBAC and authorization models, enforce PAM and SoD controls, perform access reviews and monitoring, manage IAM capacity and licences, support compliance and reporting, and drive IAM process automation and stakeholder engagement.
