Own and build Contour’s end-to-end lifecycle communications across email, SMS, and in-app. Implement and run HubSpot journeys, segmentation, list hygiene, and automation for lead nurture, enrolment, onboarding, re-engagement, and retention. Write targeted copy, A/B test campaigns, manage deliverability and compliance, integrate feedback/NPS into retention programs, and partner with Academics, Sales, and Student Success to personalize messaging and measure impact on retention and revenue.

Lead Contour’s organisation-wide learning framework, own onboarding and career pathways, and run the Contour Leadership Academy. Coach Team Leaders, deliver facilitation and Predictive Index debriefs, use engagement data to target capability gaps, and recruit and develop a junior coaching team as the program scales.

Own full-cycle recruitment across all functions during a high-volume peak season. Manage 30+ concurrent roles, support new campus hires, run referral and university campaigns, leverage AI and HR tech to source and screen, coach hiring managers, and track hiring metrics to improve conversion.

Develop exam-aligned curriculum and resources (workbooks, homework packs, practice exams, solutions) for Victorian Selective Entry in Maths, English or Writing. Follow production workflows, ensure accuracy and alignment to exam standards, QA content, iterate from feedback within 48 hours, and teach at least one VSE class to validate materials.

Build and ship full-stack features for the Learning Portal (Next.js UI, Go services, Supabase edge functions). Design scalable systems and infrastructure (IaC with SST/Pulumi, AWS, Vercel), implement testing (Vitest/Jest, Cypress/Playwright), perform PR reviews, maintain docs, run CI/CD, and be on-call to ensure reliable student-facing experiences.

Lead the Year 7–10 English curriculum by building and maintaining the syllabus source of truth, sequencing topics and assessments, directing Resource Developers to produce ~100 workbooks yearly, designing student support materials, and acting as final quality gate to ensure polished, scalable educational resources.

Identify and fix inefficient processes across campuses and programs. Map, redesign, implement and hand off process improvements that protect unit economics and scale. Use automation and AI, track before/after metrics, and ensure sustained improvements through documentation and training.

As a Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective students and parents, manage inquiries, drive enrollments, and meet sales targets while providing insights to improve processes.

Build end-to-end features across Next.js frontends, API routes, Go services and Supabase edge functions. Work with the Engineering Lead to deliver the technical roadmap, write tests and docs, review PRs, support scaling and IaC (SST/Pulumi) on AWS/Vercel, and be a dependable on-call senior engineer helping the team ship product-focused increments.
