Own and build Contour’s end-to-end lifecycle communications across email, SMS, and in-app. Implement and run HubSpot journeys, segmentation, list hygiene, and automation for lead nurture, enrolment, onboarding, re-engagement, and retention. Write targeted copy, A/B test campaigns, manage deliverability and compliance, integrate feedback/NPS into retention programs, and partner with Academics, Sales, and Student Success to personalize messaging and measure impact on retention and revenue.

Lead Contour’s organisation-wide learning framework, own onboarding and career pathways, and run the Contour Leadership Academy. Coach Team Leaders, deliver facilitation and Predictive Index debriefs, use engagement data to target capability gaps, and recruit and develop a junior coaching team as the program scales.

Own full-cycle recruitment across all functions during a high-volume peak season. Manage 30+ concurrent roles, support new campus hires, run referral and university campaigns, leverage AI and HR tech to source and screen, coach hiring managers, and track hiring metrics to improve conversion.
