Identify and fix inefficient processes across campuses and programs. Map, redesign, implement and hand off process improvements that protect unit economics and scale. Use automation and AI, track before/after metrics, and ensure sustained improvements through documentation and training.

Lead product strategy and execution across learning portal, apps, enrolment, and tutor tools. Own vision, roadmap, research, design, prioritisation, and partner with engineering to ship, measure, and iterate. Build the product function, hire and scale the team, and align the organisation around student-focused outcomes.

As a Sales Representative, you will engage with prospective students and parents, manage inquiries, drive enrollments, and meet sales targets while providing insights to improve processes.
