Build and lead Contour’s national partnership ecosystem across universities, schools, community organisations, and regional markets. Own partnership strategy, partner-sourced enrolment targets, agreements, renewals, pipeline tracking, and channel performance. Develop scalable programs for QLD, NSW, multicultural communities, and regional schools while coordinating Sales, Marketing, Academics, and Product. The role requires building partnerships from scratch, managing cross-functional teams, demonstrating commercial returns, and expanding access to Contour’s education services.

Lead Contour’s organisation-wide learning framework, own onboarding and career pathways, and run the Contour Leadership Academy. Coach Team Leaders, deliver facilitation and Predictive Index debriefs, use engagement data to target capability gaps, and recruit and develop a junior coaching team as the program scales.

Own Contour’s multi-entity finance function below the CFO, leading month-end and year-end close, executive reporting, audit readiness, cashflow forecasting, compliance, controls, and working capital management. Lead entity integrations, finance process automation, AI adoption, dashboards, and ERP or BI implementations. Manage and develop Finance Analysts and a Junior Accountant while partnering with operational and executive leaders to support national growth.
