Serve as the technical bridge between operations and delivery teams to define, document and implement the new myki (ABT) ticketing system. Translate business needs into technical specifications, collaborate with vendors, test and validate solutions, troubleshoot issues, and train business users to support a smooth transition from legacy systems.

Work with operations and technical teams to define, document and translate business requirements into technical specifications for the new myki ABT ticketing system. Perform technical analysis, as-built documentation, testing, troubleshooting, training and stakeholder collaboration to support system transition and rollout.

The Senior Commercial Manager will lead contract management, negotiate with stakeholders, assess commercial risks, oversee financial performance, resolve disputes, and engage with various teams for optimal contract delivery.
