Lead strategic, cross-functional projects from planning through delivery, managing scope, budget, risks, resources, stakeholders, governance, financial reconciliation, reporting, and compliance with project methodology. The role requires experience with hardware installation, transport or ticketing solution delivery, migrations, and customer portals or interfaces.

The Project Manager will lead strategic projects, manage cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure delivery on time and within budget. Responsibilities include stakeholder management, risk assessment, and financial reconciliation.

Plan, execute, and document software and hardware testing. Define test conditions and acceptance criteria, develop test plans and cases, log and track defects, support customer-witnessed and UAT activities, produce test reports, and collaborate with developers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality releases.
