  • Contributing to the ongoing development of workforce planning frameworks, methodologies and best practice across the Group.

What we're looking for

You'll likely come from a workforce planning, workforce analytics, talent intelligence, people analytics or strategic planning background and be comfortable working with large data sets to tell a compelling story.

You'll bring:

  • Experience in workforce analytics, workforce planning or a similar analytical role.
  • Strong capability in forecasting, modelling and scenario planning.
  • Advanced Power BI reporting and data visualisation skills.
  • The ability to translate complex data into practical business insights.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and confidence working with senior leaders.
  • A commercial mindset and an interest in linking workforce outcomes to business performance.
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders, projects or business units/lines of business.

Why join us?

This role offers the opportunity to work on some of the most significant infrastructure, engineering and resources projects in the region while helping shape the future workforce capability of the broader CIMIC Group.

You'll be part of a highly collaborative team, working on projects that combine workforce strategy, analytics, talent intelligence and business planning, with the scope to influence decisions at both an operational and executive level.

What you need to know about the Melbourne Tech Scene

Home to 650 biotech companies, 10 major research institutes and nine universities, Melbourne is among one of the top cities for biotech. In fact, some of the greatest medical advancements were conceptualized and developed here, including Symex Lab's "lab-on-a-chip" solution that monitors hormones to predict ovulation for conception, and Denteric's vaccine for periodontal gum disease. Yet, the thousands of people working in the city's healthtech sector are just getting started, to say nothing of the tech advancements across all other sectors.
