Partners with business leaders to deliver strategic and operational HR support, workforce planning, talent and succession strategies, employee relations guidance, performance management, engagement initiatives, and data-led people insights. Collaborates with HR centers of excellence, Talent Acquisition, HR Services, and Payroll while supporting training, development planning, people risk management, and business outcomes.
