Provide practical solutions, support customer retention, collaborate with the branch team, contribute to branch growth, and follow company policies and safety standards.

Pick, pack and dispatch orders, maintain stock control and accurate inventory, organise shelving, report discrepancies, keep the warehouse clean and safe, and support general branch and warehouse operations.

Installs vehicle audio, electrical systems, and accessories; manages fitting appointments, supports customers, collaborates with the store team, drives sales, and maintains safe work practices. The role also involves helping customers select suitable vehicle solutions and coaching team members to maintain a strong workflow.
