Manage and grow an established customer portfolio across trade, industrial, automotive, and agricultural sectors. Build customer relationships, conduct territory visits, reactivate dormant accounts, identify new business opportunities, and sell specialist bearings, driveline, seals, and power transmission products. Provide practical solutions, support customer retention, collaborate with the branch team, contribute to branch growth, and follow company policies and safety standards.

Assist customers with automotive product information and basic fitting services; process orders, inquiries, and complaints; provide straightforward procedural support and be available during weekdays.

Pick, pack and dispatch orders, maintain stock control and accurate inventory, organise shelving, report discrepancies, keep the warehouse clean and safe, and support general branch and warehouse operations.

Handle inbound phone sales enquiries, support customers and account managers, process orders/invoices/credits accurately, assist with stock management and general branch/warehouse duties, and deliver outstanding customer service in a busy automotive parts environment.
