Contract Senior Analyst responsible for third-party risk due diligence and residual risk assessments, supporting APRA CPS 230 compliance. Manage data, reporting and dashboards, run risk workshops, liaise with stakeholders, and improve processes, systems and automation (including AI tools) to support vendor risk oversight and board-level reporting.

Lead a team of senior service designers to identify and shape transformational opportunities across retirement and member journeys. Design future-state services, create roadmaps and operating models, apply systems thinking, influence senior stakeholders, build design capability, and evolve design practice operations including AI enablement and governance.

Support Line 1 Risk in incident, breach and control management for the Member Domain. Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, design and test controls, maintain data integrity in risk reporting, and prepare operational risk reporting and remediation recommendations.
