Lead and establish onshore wind farm Balance of Plant (BoP) design capability in Australia. Manage multidisciplinary design teams across civil, electrical and environmental disciplines through tender, ECI and detailed design phases. Coordinate design optimisation, interfaces with contractors and clients, embed best-practice tools and workflows, ensure constructability and cost effectiveness, and mentor teams while liaising with global centres.

Lead earthing, bonding, electrolysis and EMC design for rail traction power projects. Deliver complex designs, simulations, safety cases, coordinate multidisciplinary designs, mentor engineers, manage technical delivery, and support bidding and client decisions.

Lead traction power engineering for national rail projects: produce AC/DC substation designs, power system and protection studies, earthing and lightning protection designs, coordinate with other disciplines, manage project delivery, mentor junior engineers, and advise clients on technical decisions and alternatives.
