Lead technical delivery of HV/EHV transmission and distribution substation projects including concept, FEED and detailed design, equipment specification, earthing and protection studies, integration of renewables/BESS, construction support, and mentoring junior engineers.

Leads digital transformation, data services, and product implementation projects for public and private-sector clients. Advises clients on technology strategies, cloud platforms, solution design, and digital delivery. Manages Agile projects and multidisciplinary teams, supports business development and proposals, develops digital service offerings, engages technical and non-technical stakeholders, and mentors junior colleagues. The role also contributes to digital best practices and innovation across Arcadis’s global communities.

Lead and establish onshore wind farm Balance of Plant (BoP) design capability in Australia. Manage multidisciplinary design teams across civil, electrical and environmental disciplines through tender, ECI and detailed design phases. Coordinate design optimisation, interfaces with contractors and clients, embed best-practice tools and workflows, ensure constructability and cost effectiveness, and mentor teams while liaising with global centres.

Lead and maintain quality management for engineering and consultancy projects: develop and enforce QA/QC processes, ensure compliance with standards, and coordinate quality improvements across teams.

Lead pursuit planning and positioning for high-value bids: facilitate workshops, shape win strategies, coach teams on competitive positioning, oversee complex proposals from strategy to submission, and influence senior stakeholders to secure opportunities.
