Lead strategy, design, and delivery for Bill Pay and Procurement within Airwallex Spend. Define product vision, partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams, and drive launches for high-scale, customer-facing fintech solutions.

Manage Australia regulatory compliance for Airwallex: maintain licenses and filings, engage regulators, advise on product and regulatory change, run compliance monitoring and training, support license applications and regulatory requests, and embed 2LOD controls across the business.

Lead the mobile platform for iOS and Android: design shared architecture, own core libraries (auth, payments, observability), improve security and CI/CD, run releases, drive cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, and raise developer experience and reliability.

Design and build scalable backend services for the Spend and Accounting Hub to track, reconcile and account for spend transactions. Own end-to-end feature delivery, ensure reliability, performance and compliance, contribute to long-term architecture, collaborate cross-functionally, and provide technical mentorship.

Lead development of internal AI-driven security tools and automation, support incident response with threat-hunting and remediation tooling, maintain Kubernetes/serverless infrastructure and large-scale log/ETL pipelines, identify automation opportunities with engineering teams, drive security outcomes (patching, gateways), and mentor junior engineers.

Lead architecture and hands-on configuration of finance systems (ERP, APIs, data pipelines). Build and maintain integrations, automate finance processes, provide escalated technical support and root-cause fixes, ensure security and audit controls, collaborate with Finance stakeholders, and document system designs and outcomes.

Lead detection, investigation, and prevention of malware, phishing, and unauthorized access across corporate IT. Perform incident response, digital forensics, threat hunting, and design security alerts/workflows. Deploy and operate security tooling, secure identity providers, endpoints, networks, and cloud platforms, and remediate security issues while collaborating with engineering and IT.
