Lead onsite IT operations for Singapore and provide regional support across Southeast Asia. Responsibilities include technical troubleshooting for macOS, Windows, hardware, SaaS applications, networking, AV systems, onboarding, offboarding, executive support, vendor management, inventory, documentation, and office technology. The role mentors regional IT staff, partners with workplace and security teams, manages service providers, and improves IT processes while working onsite five days per week.

Own large-scale log pipelines, mentor junior engineers, and deliver high-quality projects autonomously.

Lead and scale an enterprise sales team across Australia, build go‑to‑market strategies, set KPIs/compensation, drive pipeline and forecasting, close complex API-driven deals, and negotiate commercial contracts with cross-functional partners.

Lead cross-functional design of global fintech products: define problems, map flows, prototype interactions, drive launches, mentor designers, and manage stakeholders to set vision and strategy.

Lead sourcing, negotiating, implementing and managing bank and financial partnerships across APAC to expand product capabilities and enable market launches. Act as bridge between partners and internal stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, support M&A due diligence for regulatory licenses, and collaborate on new market development.

Lead strategy and roadmap for Airwallex's payment fraud products; partner with analytics, engineering, data science, legal, and commercial teams to build detection and prevention solutions; manage fraud analysts; productise a fraud add-on service; monitor effectiveness and ensure regulatory alignment from ideation through launch.

Lead design and delivery of scalable cloud infrastructure for Spend. Embed with dev teams to improve reliability, run incident response and observability, own SLOs/runbooks, and collaborate with DevOps and security for compliance and resilience.

Conduct credit risk reviews and monitor clients, manage written-off portfolios through collections and negotiations, research accounts, recommend remedial actions, deliver insights for onboarding and monitoring, and improve operations, policies, and vendor/tool usage to reduce credit loss.

Lead global corporate and cloud network architecture and roadmap. Design, deploy and operate secure, highly available hybrid LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/VPN across multi‑cloud and multi‑region sites. Own incident response, vendor hardware configuration, international connectivity (including China), infrastructure-as-code automation, documentation, mentoring, and participate in global on‑call rotations.
