Lead a 25+ person account management and customer success organization across ANZ. Develop go-to-market strategies that increase product adoption, revenue, and retention within the SME and Growth segment. Manage four team leaders, cultivate executive client relationships, resolve escalations, track commercial and satisfaction KPIs, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve customer outcomes and scale the post-sale growth engine.

Lead end-to-end recruiting across ANZ for high-volume GTM and senior corporate roles. Own sourcing, screening, interview management, offers, and onboarding. Build data-driven pipelines using LinkedIn, AI tools, and Ashby; partner with executives on hiring strategy; track analytics to improve funnel health; deliver strong candidate experience and mentor peers.

Manages and scales the ANZ financial crime compliance monitoring and testing program. The role designs risk-based testing frameworks, validates AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting controls, and advances continuous data-enabled assurance. Responsibilities include assessing system-encoded controls, establishing KPIs, reporting findings to executives and regulators, challenging stakeholders, and overseeing remediation. The position partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and regional teams in a global fintech environment.
