Drive new business for Airwallexs embedded finance and platform product suite across ANZ. Own full sales cycle from prospecting to close for mid-to-large opportunities, lead consultative solution sales, map API-based financial capabilities to customer needs, partner cross-functionally to execute complex deals, and shape GTM through market and competitive insights.

Lead end-to-end recruiting across ANZ for high-volume GTM and senior corporate roles. Own sourcing, screening, interview management, offers, and onboarding. Build data-driven pipelines using LinkedIn, AI tools, and Ashby; partner with executives on hiring strategy; track analytics to improve funnel health; deliver strong candidate experience and mentor peers.

Manages and scales the ANZ financial crime compliance monitoring and testing program. The role designs risk-based testing frameworks, validates AML, sanctions, KYC/KYB, transaction monitoring, and regulatory reporting controls, and advances continuous data-enabled assurance. Responsibilities include assessing system-encoded controls, establishing KPIs, reporting findings to executives and regulators, challenging stakeholders, and overseeing remediation. The position partners with Product, Engineering, Operations, and regional teams in a global fintech environment.
