As a Case Manager in Group Claims at AIA, you will manage a portfolio of claims, resolve disputes, and ensure timely outcomes while communicating effectively with customers.

Lead and manage the General Ledger Control team, oversee month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, IFRS 17 reporting, reinsurance, intercompany and lease accounting, and fixed asset/WIP registers. Drive process improvements, integration and transformation projects, ensure ledger integrity, resolve accounting issues, meet reporting deadlines, and develop team performance and skills.
