Create and maintain detailed schedules for hybrid power projects (solar, BESS, thermal), integrate multi-discipline plans, monitor progress against baselines, identify variances, and report status. Coordinate contractors and stakeholders through design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Lead technical delivery of electrical engineering for power generation and grid-connected assets (thermal, BESS, solar PV, hybrid). Prepare and review designs, calculations and specifications; support commissioning and operation; ensure compliance with grid, standards and safety; provide technical assurance, risk management, supplier evaluations and mentor junior engineers.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for mechanical design and technical support for power generation systems across the APAC region, focusing on diesel and gas generators, HVAC, and ensuring compliance with standards.
