Manage multiple concurrent data centre infrastructure projects across the AusPac region from proposal handover through commissioning and closeout. Lead engineering, procurement, logistics, installation, commissioning, contractors, budgets, schedules, risks, quality, HSE, contractual obligations, and customer communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams delivering temporary power, cooling, generators, load banks, BESS, and related critical infrastructure while ensuring safe, timely, profitable, and high-quality execution. Drive issue resolution, stakeholder alignment, continuous improvement, and lessons learned.

Sell evaporative cooling systems by conducting site surveys, load calculations, and performance evaluations; prepare technical proposals and ROI analyses; manage full sales cycle; collaborate with engineering and service teams; deliver technical training; maintain key accounts and CRM records; meet sales targets and provide post-sale support.

Qualify inbound leads, convert them into sales opportunities, and conduct outbound prospecting to existing and prospective customers. Achieve revenue targets through consultative phone-based selling, maintain accurate CRM records and forecasts, build customer relationships, and coordinate lead handoffs with field sales teams. The role also involves cross-selling, upselling, needs assessment, explaining technical concepts, and managing multiple customer conversations.
