Develop and manage detailed schedules for hybrid power facility projects spanning design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover. Coordinate schedules across thermal, solar, and battery storage components; integrate contractor and discipline plans; monitor progress, critical paths, delays, and resource conflicts; and provide schedule reports and look-ahead plans. Ensure scheduling aligns with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal safety and quality procedures.

Leads logistics for Microsoft data centre equipment across the Auspac region, overseeing transport, warehousing, inventory, site delivery, installation support, commissioning assistance, testing, and demobilisation. The role manages handovers, optimizes processes and systems, directs operational teams, monitors compliance and safety, resolves technical risks, and coordinates with Microsoft, contractors, and internal stakeholders. Frequent regional travel and work outside normal hours are required.
