Lead end-to-end delivery of utility-scale renewable hybrid projects (solar, wind, battery, thermal). Manage cost, schedule, risk, resources, stakeholders and contractors; develop plans, budgets, risk registers and documentation; ensure safety and compliant handover across AusPac.

Lead technical delivery of electrical engineering for power generation and grid-connected assets (thermal, BESS, solar PV, hybrid). Prepare and review designs, calculations and specifications; support commissioning and operation; ensure compliance with grid, standards and safety; provide technical assurance, risk management, supplier evaluations and mentor junior engineers.

The Senior Mechanical Engineer is responsible for mechanical design and technical support for power generation systems across the APAC region, focusing on diesel and gas generators, HVAC, and ensuring compliance with standards.

Sell evaporative cooling systems by conducting site surveys, load calculations, and performance evaluations; prepare technical proposals and ROI analyses; manage full sales cycle; collaborate with engineering and service teams; deliver technical training; maintain key accounts and CRM records; meet sales targets and provide post-sale support.

Provide day-to-day HR administration and transactional support regionally. Process Workday transactions, generate employment contracts, manage onboarding, produce reports, assist managers with Workday and policies, escalate complex cases, and support People Services projects to ensure compliance and strong colleague experience.
