We’re looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst to support operational performance through smart scheduling, forecasting, and data-driven insights. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and influencing outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Do The Work That Matters

As a Workforce Planning Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring we have the right people, in the right place, at the right time. You’ll bring together workforce data, operational insights, and stakeholder collaboration to optimise performance and customer outcomes.

  • Use workforce planning tools and systems to support business performance and service delivery outcomes
  • Develop and manage workforce schedules to meet service levels, KPIs, and training requirements
  • Monitor and forecast workload trends, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Analyse workforce data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
  • Provide stakeholders with scheduling advice, impact assessments, and planning support
  • Support recruitment and capacity planning through workforce insights
  • Identify risks through root cause analysis and escalate where required
  • Maintain accurate workforce and employee records
  • Partner closely with stakeholders to deliver strong customer and business outcomes
  • Follow standard operating procedures and uphold risk and compliance standards

What you’ll bring

  • Experience in workforce planning, scheduling, or a contact centre/operations environment
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Experience using workforce management tools (e.g. planning, rostering, forecasting systems)
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver to deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking capability
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Exposure to workforce analytics or reporting tools
  • Understanding of forecasting methodologies
  • Familiarity with AI or data tools to support decision-making
