We are looking for an experienced Workday Functional Analyst to join our team and support the ongoing optimisation, maintenance, and improvement of our Workday environment.
This is a hands-on role supporting key Workday functional areas including Core HCM, Security, Compensation, Absence, Job Management, Reporting, Talent Acquisition, and Learning.
You will work closely with People Systems, HR, Payroll, and other stakeholders to provide high-quality support, improve processes, and help drive continuous system improvement.
Key responsibilities
Provide functional support across the Workday platform
Maintain and support configuration across Core HCM, Security, Compensation, Absence, Job Management, Reporting, Talent Acquisition, and Learning
Manage and resolve complex Workday support issues and helpdesk tickets
Support Workday security administration, governance, and access management
Review and improve SOPs, support processes, and system documentation
Manage Workday release tests, including impact assessment, test coordination, and validation of system changes
Work with Payroll, Time & Attendance, and integration teams to support cross-system issue resolution
About you
Proven experience supporting or administering Workday HCM in a complex environment
Strong functional knowledge across multiple Workday modules
Experience in Workday security administration and functional support
Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Experience improving processes and supporting BAU service delivery
