Job Description
In this hands-on partnering role, you’ll make a genuine impact on the safety, wellbeing and recovery of our people by:
- Partnering with leaders to implement and continuously improve WHS and injury management frameworks
- Providing practical, trusted advice on physical and psychosocial risk management across a complex, multi-site environment
- Leading incident, hazard and injury management processes, from early intervention to return to work
- Supporting audits, inspections, reporting and compliance aligned with WHS legislation and ISO standards
- Building strong relationships across HR, Operations, Clinical Governance and external stakeholders

Let’s talk about you!
You’re an experienced and proactive WHS professional who enjoys partnering with the business to create safe, compliant and supportive workplaces. You bring a strong working knowledge of WHS legislation, with experience applying WHS systems in medium to large, ideally multi-site organisations. You’re confident coaching leaders, managing competing priorities, and translating legislation into practical, people-focused outcomes. Experience in injury management, early intervention and return-to-work processes—ideally within healthcare or similarly complex environments—will see you thrive in this role.
Qualifications
- Diploma, bachelor’s degree or equivalent in WHS and/or similar discipline.
- Cert IV Training and Assessment (desirable)
- WorkSafe-approved Return to Work Coordinator Certification (desirable)
